Victoria Falls
The world-famous Victoria Falls are situated on the border of Zimbabwe and Zambia. Most operators and travellers view the Falls from the Zimbabwean side, where the set-up is more commercial and touristy. But from the Zambian side, Victoria Falls provide a different perspective which is deemed just as spectacular, if not more. From the Zambian side, it is possible to cross the falls over a dramatic, narrow footbridge through swirling mists… leading to Knife Edge Point for stunning views. |

Lower Zambezi National Park
The Lower Zambezi National Park includes the magnificent Lake Kariba where wildlife is plentiful. This park is still wild and relatively undeveloped. This part of the valley with its riverine forests, broad flood plain and woodlands in the hills towards and beyond the escarpment provides excellent habitats and the birding is spectacular year round.

Luangwa National Park
The Luangwa Valley, situated at the end of the Great Rift Valley, is a region of magnificent natural beauty, abundant animal numbers and of vast conservation value. The Park is separated into North and South by the Luangwa River. The South Park has received the benefits of more funding and conservation efforts than its Northern counterpart, but both offer spectacular game viewing and an unspoilt African safari. |

Zambezi River
The majestic Zambezi River rises in northwestern Zambia, from an insignificant spring and runs for a total length of 2700km. It is the fourth longest river in Africa and traverses six countries on its journey to the Indian Ocean. Its mighty power has carved the spectacular Victoria Falls and the ever deepening, zigzagging Batoka Gorge, about half way along the length of the river. |
